For those sufferring from weak eyesight, here are some useful tips to improve their vision.
1. Early to bed and early to rise may sound cliched but it's effective for good eyesight. Try to wake up before sunrise and sprinkle cool water on your eyes about 10-15 times. Late birdies are suggested to drink a glass of water every hour.
2. Do not wash your eyes or face when your body is sweating too much.
3. A regular eye exercise can be effective - move your right and left; upwards and downwards, then rotate clockwise and anti-clockwise.
4. Add lots of carrots, tomatoes and cabbages in your regular meal.
5. Do not stare continuously for a long time. Wash your eyes very often if you are glued to your PC.
6. Protect your eyes from dust, smoke and direct sunlight. Wear shades while going out in the sun.
7. Always wash your eyes with cool water before going to bed. Do not forget to blink often.
Remember that your eyes can speak a thousand language that words can't reach. So don't let them down.
